Bounty Week started in 2016 as a way to create connections between Snoqualmie Valley farms and restaurants. The Valley’s farms produce an amazing array of food from vegetables, herbs, and fruit to beef, pork, and lamb to artisanal cheese and mushrooms. This region also has an amazing assortment of restaurants, cafes, wineries, and pubs. Bounty Week is a great way to encourage the community to eat-out in their towns and celebrate local farms.
Bounty Week is a collaborative effort, coordinated by a number partners including Savor Snoqualmie Valley, Snoqualmie Valley Farmers Cooperative, NW Ag Business Center, SnoValley Tilth and local restaurants.
Check out the scrumptious veggies and dishes you can try during Bounty Week!
