Autumn Harvest Workshop

Join Chef Abby Canfield to celebrate the fast approaching fall harvest! In this class we’ll create a creative yet complex autumn meal with some of our favorite ingredients. We are so lucky to be surrounded by such abundance of the pacific northwest, Lets Eat! Menu includes Creamy celery root soup with crispy speck, aged balsamic drizzle, Herbed leg of lamb with pomegranate glazed roasted fennel and mushroom risotto, Rosemary poached apples with zabaglione and hazelnut granola.
