Autumn Vegetarian Cooking Class

Autumn brings about a new set of produce to appreciate this time of year, so join chef Lindsey Miller in finding out great ways to elevate the bounty of the changing season here in the Pacific Northwest. We’ll talk about cold-hardy fruits and vegetables to look for through the fall and winter and the nutritional benefits they have to offer.

Lindsey is a city girl turned country girl after relocating from Philadelphia to the beautiful PNW and laying roots in the Valley. A past spent working in restaurants, kitchens, and food trucks led her to become a private chef, happily finding new ways to share her passion with curious and hungry eaters. When not in the kitchen, Lindsey spends as much time outside as possible— tending to her flock of hens, paddling out on the water, or camping in the woods.
