Knife Skills Class at Carnation Farms

A knife is a chef’s most important tool!

Our chef will teach you how to use knives safely and effectively. By honing your skills you will learn to cook faster and enjoy your time in the kitchen even more. You will learn a variety of knife techniques including julienne, dice, oblique, mince, baton, brunoises, and slice.

In addition to learning how to slice and dice, you will also get to enjoy a delicious lunch!



  • Fresh Salad Rolls, Chili Syrup
  • Stir-fried Chicken Breast with Julienne Vegetables
  • Chop Salad, Seasonal Vegetables, Crispy Bacon, Croutons, Pepperoncini Dressing
