Oxtober Pumpkin Festival
October 1, 2017, 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until October 29, 2017
Oxbow offers U-pick pumpkins of all shapes and sizes and plenty of wheelbarrows and carts to haul them in. Activities include hay rides, flower crowns, pumpkin decorating, kids’ farm tours, house of hay, scavenger hunt, and climbing tractor. Enjoy seasonal offerings in our Farm Stand, featuring our own native plants and certified organic produce grown right here at Oxbow. Each year brings a different bounty, but expect to see winter squash, leafy greens, potatoes, leeks, carrots, and more.
Arts, crafts, and other fun activities will be available for kids of all ages! There is no fee to visit the festival, but some activities require “magic beans” to participate. Magic beans are our special Oxtober currency, and are available for purchase in several locations around the festival.
Use West entrance off 268th. Please follow the first set of directions here.
