Come show off your Halloween attire during the Parade of Costumes.

Check in at Tolt Commons at 2pm to register for the contest, then head off to the businesses for trick or treating and crafts. Come back to Tolt Commons at 4pm to hear the winners of the costume contest, and stop in at the Chamber House to get your picture taken by Photo Orchard.
