Pizza Making Class with Beep Boop Bagel

Join us for a pizza party! Class participants will learn 3 different pizza dough techniques, from a quick same-day dough to a sourdough that requires some planning but more than pays off with deeply complex flavors! After we make some dough, we’ll “toss” it, top it, and learn how to bake it, on a stone or in a skillet. And then we feast!

Heirloom guest chef, Jordan Clark, is originally from the Northwest and is a life-long baker and has honed his professional skills at Seattle bakeries. In October 2018 he started his own bagel bakery Beep Boop Bagel. When not baking he enjoys throwing a ball for his dog Cosmo, trekking through mountain trails or, more likely, sleeping!
