Calling all kids to create a beautiful spangle!

Spangles are light and playfule objects d’arte that dance above the parade! Come create a spangle to dangle o’er the March o’ the Vegetables! Children will require adult assistance.We will create giant vegetables out of cardboard, paint, glitter, and joy.
