Spring Pasta Class

Spring is in the air; come cook with us! Our love of pasta is an annual obsession, not just during springtime. Come join Chef Abby Canfield as she takes us through 3 seasonal pasta plates that are sure to satisfy.
Pasta menu includes:
• Tagliatelle with green garlic and nettle pesto, preserved lemon, and pistachios
• Pappardelle with sausage in a creamy rhubarb fennel ragu
• Arugula farfalle with asparagus, peas, and spring onion
