Chef Schu will teach you how to make a variety of tamales from scratch, made with locally and house rendered lard and masa! Menu includes asparagus, spring onion and goat cheese tamales; Chipotle braised pork and Manchego, Fresh tomatillo salsa verde and coconut & tropical fruit tamale with a guajillo chocolate sauce.
