Swinery: The Whole Hog Cooking Class!

Description

Chef Schu will teach you how to cook the less than mainstream cuts of the pig. Cured and slow roasted pork belly, Ham & Bean Soup, Chipotle Pulled pork, (house made spice mix), pickled red onion and cilantro, and marinated and grilled pork tenderloin with herb and olive salsa!
